The eSafety Challenge project has been set up to promote advanced vehicle safety technologies.

The eSafety Challenge focuses on innovative vehicle safety technologies and the potential lives to be saved on the roads through increased deployment of these technologies.

eSafety Challenge

To promote the eSafety technologies, the projet organises the annual eSafety Challenge which highlights the life-saving potential of advanced vehicle safety technologies.

Project Partners

The project partners include FIA Foundation, eSafetyAware, FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile), CLEPA (European Association of Automotive Suppliers), H3B and IMK (Institut für angewandte Marketing- und Kommunikationsforschung GmbH).


The annual eSafety Challenge events are also funded by the FIA Foundation and eSafetyAware.

The projet has received funding from the European Community's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2011) under grant agreement n° 249021.
