CLEPA is structured into Working Groups, which are further structured into Sub-commissions. Working Groups are Policy Groups. They develop opinions and positions and define objectives and the duration of Sub-Commissions to be installed. Sub-commissions deal with ad-hoc topics for a specified period of time.
