CLEPA proposes the setting up an “IMDS Suppliers Forum” funded by the companies from the automotive supply chain.

With two meetings per year, and accessible only to fee-paying participants, the Forum is intended to:

• Inform participants of latest developments of IMDS and related environmental legislations (ELV, REACH etc.)
• create a dialogue with their customers and the OEMs, in particular with members of the IMDS Steering Committee
• Exchange experiences with companies of the automotive supply chain.

CLEPA proposes the following fees structure:

250 EUR per participant and per year for CLEPA Corporate Members and staff of National Associations members of CLEPA

500 Euros per participant and per year for others

The same fees will be charged to any additional participant registered.

To plan the future of the Forum and to organise two meetings in 2010, CLEPA requests interested parties to inform return this form latest by 23 February 2010, indicating your interest and willingness to fund the “IMDS Suppliers Forum”.
