Warranty issues affecting the EU automotive industry continue to increase in importance, as does the impact felt in our supply industry.

As a result, a half day CLEPA Automotive Warranty Seminar was organised for members on the morning of Wednesday, 27 October 2010, at Autoworld in Brussels.

Following the seminar there was the opportunity to visit the exhibition at the CLEPA Technology Day.

The seminar included a keynote speaker:

Pieter van Rosmalen, Vice President Europe and Asia Pacific, MSX International: ”Warranty and Automotive Distribution”

The seminar kept members up-to-date with the latest warranty practices and ensured full benefit from the work carried out by the CLEPA Warranty Working Group, led by John Guy. In particular, the seminar set out to inform participants of Warranty Handling Processes, European Warranty Trends, and Legal aspects of warranty.

CLEPA believes that everyone who is working with the customer needs to have a good understanding of this subject and this conference gives you the opportunity to ask questions, give feedback and to draw on experience of the members of the group.
